Roll Coating is a process which involves coating aluminum discs with a specially designed machine that virtually eliminates coating loss. Once the substrate has been coated, it is postformed into its final shape. Because of this "deep-drawing," coatings which are used in the roll-coating process need to be specially designed to be extremely flexible.
